Cooperative Masters started as the whole country's first new business cooperative in response to the authorization of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and six years passed.
And we contribute to maintenance of social capital of Japan, and development now when the world changes corresponding to change of economic structure of Japan to the technology of resulting in the agriculture which is the living environment, the natural environment, the safety, the health, the beauty, and the base of food which took the life cycle cost into consideration more.

Many members who tackle many subjects, have the technology of the outstanding boast, and have the same hope gathered. And animate activity is carried out every year.
It is making lately the structure which a union's stands in its idea as for my mission and responsibility which were inaugurated as the representation director, constitutes an organization so that it may move forward greatly, and secures profits, and it returns.

Our association is adding a brand name, organizing ability, and constitutional government nature to the self-responsibility and speed which small and medium-sized enterprises have, or practical skills advantage, and aims at the technology being widely recognized by society.
A mutually favorite place is offered and it continues by concentrating an individual career and the wisdom of small and medium-sized enterprises as "a gathering of the masters who burn."
And the cooperative Masters as unprecedented new organization and brand in the 21st century is aimed at.

Although I was still a young entrepreneur of 51 years old, when finishing salaried worker society at the age of 40, it considered carefully about its mission and role of life.
And the seniors of life with the career in the world which experience is abundant and is different are as the adviser and adviser of Cooperative Masters.
Moreover, signs that versatile feeling was demonstrated were able to be seen soon and the heated discussion which is full of their wisdom and knowledge by a monthly regular meeting etc. was able to be known.
Encounter of people was led and the dream and hope that it could work by lifelong activity exceeding a generation have been felt.

And just existence of Cooperative Masters gives and appreciates for big confidence and courage that it is an organization which can offer such environment.
The desire of one person to sympathize these feelings with many you just becomes large every day.
The formation of this association and my thought are described as language of my greeting in today's new start. And I work to pleasure on future’s wonderful encounter.
